01 / Our Origin
]
Two Desks and a Conviction
In 2020, Grant Mitchell and Cole Bradford left their positions at a top-tier architecture firm with one idea: design should start with people, not Pinterest boards.
They set up in a converted warehouse in Brooklyn with nothing but two drafting tables and a shared belief that residential design deserved the same rigor as commercial work. The first project was a 400 sq ft apartment. The approach hasn't changed since.
